Residential window screen mesh, spline, frame, hardware, fitting, and replacement screen repairs where compatible.
Before requesting an estimate
Start with the visible condition, existing materials, access, and the specific project goal. Permit requirements depend on the project and the applicable local authority.
Photos showing the window frame, screen dimensions, and the mesh or spline damage area can help with the initial review. Some projects may still require an on-site evaluation before the final scope is determined.

Local notes
Practical details that can help clarify the request before the initial review.
Very old, brittle, or discontinued frames sometimes make a fresh replacement screen more practical than repairing the existing frame.
We evaluate frame condition honestly before recommending a repair or a new build.
A home with several older screens showing wear at once is a common request we can address together in one visit.
We review each screen’s condition individually since damage can differ from window to window.

Compatibility depends on the frame, dimensions, screen type, manufacturer components, and window design.

Compatible upgrade meshes such as pet-resistant or solar-reducing options can be discussed and used where they fit the window and frame.
Yes. Multiple screens can be measured, rebuilt, or replaced in the same visit, which is common when screens across a home have aged or torn around the same time.
Compatible sliding screen doors and similar removable screens can be reviewed alongside window screens when the frame and track are in suitable condition.
Screen life depends on the mesh type, sun exposure, and handling. Standard mesh holds up for years in typical use, while pet-resistant or solar meshes are chosen when a window needs extra durability or heat reduction.
